• I offer a Picture Preview service for remote buyers
• I can research any property you find either by:
  • Seeing an Advertisement in a newspaper or magazine
  • Driving by a "for sale" sign
  • Hearing about a home for sale
  • Seeing a new home for sale by a builder
• I electronically (email) provide you with listed properties matching your criteria through my Automated Search Engine
• Arrange to show you any listed property that interests you
• Guide you through the home financing process from mortgage loan application through to the closing
• Keep you constantly updated on the progress of your purchase
